radii

Born from of a love for making and breaking bread together (physically and metaphorically), radii is all about cultivating and maintaining the space for human-centered problem solving in order to bring us closer to nature.

Resilience, dignity, and playfulness are values near and dear to the operation of radii.

radii is a fledgling sustainability consultancy (inc. July 2020) that aims to redefine sustainability and consulting, while bringing communities and organisations together to radically reshape our world and relationship to each other.

defining sustainability

Short and simple, our definition of sustainability revolves around the values of resilience, adaptability, and relationships. Without the humans behind the movements, there would be no movement.

As the amazing farmer behind terra sintropica Antonio said to me, “the way forward may not always be clear, but we must move forward together.” The shared, human narratives that intertwine our mission as we face a rapidly changing climate can only be faced together, and the relationships that define us must be incorporated into our organizational and community based problem solving.

why radii?

The other brain-child half of this young consultancy, Danika Moore, found the name radii after we both agreed that our wildest dreams for this consultancy included getting all of our sustainability-savvy friends– who are all in their own lane redefining sustainability holistically– involved with the consultancy collective.

And as a community, we move from the singular, evolving point of holistic sustainability and radiate outward in our individual fields of specialty. Thus, the symbology of the radii matched with the ethos of our collective-minded goals, and radii was born.

services offered

As a freelance sustainability consultant based in the Netherlands (KVK number 78543088), my goal is to help food system-related businesses and organisations, as well as science education and communication-related organisations with their transitions towards sustainability.

This involves three major pillars:

  1. Facilitating via providing advice, conducting research and guidance in the field of business organization: meaning that I will fulfil the role of consultant for the organisation’s internal and external value set adjustment and KPI evaluation towards sustainability. Sustainability in terms of ecological, economical, and human-centered. As a sustainability consultant with a Masters in Science Education and Communication (UU, ‘19), I am also able to provide curriculum development advise, which is related to business organisation in the education world.

  2. Facilitating via market and opinion research: A major function of my role as a freelance consultant will be market research and development in order to personalise my advise and role in co-collaborating sustainable solutions for the businesses and organisations that I work with.

  3. Storytelling via advertising: In order to ensure that the business or organisation has consistent application of their sustainable values and established KPIs, I work with organisations towards brand consistency via social media and brand presence— online or in person if able—, lending a hand to community building and management.

With my background and experience, my expertise currently reaches from the US, Central America, and Western Europe, but I’m always expanding on my international food system and global sustainable development knowledge.
